Eugenia Pacitti
Team Leader Collections Curation
Eugenia Pacitti oversees the Curation Officer team at the National Herbarium of Victoria (MEL). The curation team is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the collection, which includes processing loans, exchange and donations, databasing Australian and foreign-collected material, facilitating researcher visits and requests, and carrying out pest management procedures.
With a background in nineteenth century Australian history, archival work, and museum collections management, Eugenia is passionate about sharing the Collection’s scientific and historical significance with researchers and the public.
